Terms and Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the Rkgg online platform (the Site). By registering an account or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register or participate. Rkgg may update these Terms from time to time; we will provide notice ahead of the effective date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

License and Regulatory Status

Rkgg operates the Site under licenses issued by the relevant gaming authorities applicable to online wagering services. The Site is designed for lawful play in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted for a person acting in a private capacity. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not offered. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share login details. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Rkgg immediately. You must not permit third parties to access your account, and you must not use the Site on behalf of any other person or entity. You shall not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity, nor exploit vulnerabilities or use software-assisted methods to gain an unfair advantage. Rkgg may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account suspected of improper activity and may reclaim winnings obtained in connection with such activity.

Prohibited Conduct and Intellectual Property

Users must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Content on the Site, including games, text, images, and software, is owned by Rkgg or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Site content, or use streaming or downloaded material beyond personal use unless expressly authorized. Any third-party data provided via streams or other means remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Financial Transactions: Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

All deposits and withdrawals must be performed in your own name and originate from accounts you control. You may be required to verify payment methods and source of funds. From time to time Rkgg may offer promotional offers, including bonuses and free spins. The terms of each offer, including eligibility, duration, wagering requirements, game contributions, and maximum withdrawal limits, are published with the promotion and apply automatically upon acceptance. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before you may withdraw any associated winnings. Different games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games may be excluded. Examples provided in promotional materials are illustrative only and not a guarantee of outcome.

Bonus funds are typically credited to a separate bonus balance and may be withdrawn only after meeting the applicable wagering requirements. If you choose to forfeit a bonus, the corresponding portion of the bonus may be removed from your bonus balance and any remaining balance returned to your real funds in accordance with the terms of the offer.

Game Integrity and Miscarriages

Rkgg aims to provide fair and reliable gameplay. If a game misoperates due to a system fault, the wager is typically void and a refund may be credited to your account. If a game miscarriage results in a net gain, the outcome may be reversed and the wager restored, or the amount wagered may be refunded to your account balance. If your account becomes unavailable, and the game cannot be completed, Rkgg will take reasonable steps to restore or refund, including crediting the wager back to your account or paying directly where appropriate.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Limits

Rkgg may impose deposit, withdrawal, and spending limits or request additional information to comply with anti-money-laundering and tax obligations. You acknowledge that deposits and withdrawals are executed to and from the payment method used and that funds may be held in a segregated account. You may request limits on time, money, or both, and may close or suspend withdrawals in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You may request account closure; closure becomes effective after a defined processing period and does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion. If you request closure, you remain responsible for activity during the closure notice period and any pending transactions until they are fully processed.

Data Retention, Security, and Third-Party Disclosures

Rkgg maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. Where required by licensing or law, information may be disclosed to authorities or verification partners. You acknowledge that the privacy and security of information depend in part on your compliance with these Terms and on your device security.

Dispute Resolution, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity

In the event of a dispute arising from use of the Site, you should first contact Rkgg support to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through legally available procedures in the jurisdiction of the operator’s license. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its operators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of profits, or special damages arising from use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rkgg and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers from any costs, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Changes to Terms; Notifications

Rkgg may amend these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and discontinue use before the changes take effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and Rkgg are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the operator. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts or tribunals of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights to seek remedies available under applicable law.
