Self-exclusion Policy

Scope and Purpose

The Self-Exclusion Policy governs the management of user access to the Rkgg platform across all products. It establishes formal mechanisms by which a user may suspend activity for a defined period and sets the consequences of such action. The policy applies to all registered users and covers self-exclusion, time-out, and related financial protections.

Definitions

  • Self-Exclusion: a user-initiated suspension of access to the Rkgg platform for a specified period, during which login, deposits, withdrawals, and gambling activity are blocked; promotions and targeted communications may be withheld.
  • Time-Out: a short-term suspension of access intended to provide a temporary respite. During Time-Out, the user cannot log in, deposit, or withdraw funds or access any Rkgg products; time-out periods are managed through the User Profile and may be revoked only in accordance with the applicable rules of this policy.
  • Financial Protection Measures: spending or deposit limits that may be set in the User Profile to restrict activity; these limits are binding for the duration they are in effect and enforcement is automatic.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

A user may initiate Self-Exclusion through the User Profile by selecting the Self-Exclusion option and choosing a defined period. The user must confirm the selection. Upon confirmation, the system immediately disables access to the account for the selected period, and the user will be unable to log in, place deposits, withdraw funds, or participate in any gambling activities during the exclusion period. All promotional communications to the account will cease during Self-Exclusion.

Duration and Activation

The self-exclusion period is specified by the user at the time of initiation. Standard practice recognizes periods such as three months, six months, one year, or three years. The exclusion starts on the date of confirmation and ends automatically at the expiry of the chosen period. There is no automatic extension beyond the stated period unless a new Self-Exclusion request is submitted after expiry and approved by Rkgg.

Time-Out Option

Time-Out is a separate mechanism designed for shorter breaks. Upon selecting a Time-Out period, the user’s access to the Site is restricted for that period. During Time-Out, the user cannot log in, deposit, withdraw, or access any Rkgg products. A Time-Out may be revoked only after a minimum of twenty-four hours from the initial request. After the Time-Out expires, the account is automatically reactivated unless a new Self-Exclusion or different instruction has been issued by the user.

Financial Protection and Limits

Users may impose personal financial limits through the My Account section, including daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. If a user exceeds any configured limit, further deposits or increases to activity may be restricted in accordance with the limit in force. Any request to revoke a limit or exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice to Rkgg, and the Company may, in its absolute discretion, deny the request. Rkgg will take reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion and limit settings are adhered to and will take measures to avoid sending promotional materials to users who have self-excluded. It remains the user’s responsibility to avoid creating additional accounts or altering personal details to circumvent the policy.

Revocation, Reinstatement and Access After Exclusion

Revocation rights depend on the mechanism used. For Time-Out, revocation may occur after 24 hours from the initial request. For Self-Exclusion, the user may request reinstatement after the expiry of the exclusion period by submitting a written request; reinstatement is not automatic and is subject to Rkgg’s review and the user’s compliance with applicable terms. Rkgg reserves the right to deny reinstatement at its sole discretion. Upon expiry of Self-Exclusion, the account will remain closed until the user submits explicit instructions to restore access, which will be processed in accordance with internal procedures.

Data Handling and Privacy

Rkgg maintains records of Self-Exclusion and Time-Out actions for purposes of enforcement and compliance. Personal data processed in relation to Self-Exclusion is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Site’s Privacy Policy. Access to exclusion records is limited to authorized personnel and the user, subject to lawful requests and business needs. Rkgg will not use exclusion status to target marketing to the excluded user.

Users may contact the Support Team through official Site channels to request information or assistance related to exclusion and restoration procedures.

Compliance, Amendments and Notice

Rkgg reserves the right to amend this Self-Exclusion Policy. Any material changes will be posted on the Site with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, unless the user withdraws from the service in accordance with the terms of the policy.
