Introduction
Rkgg operates an online platform delivering gaming, betting, and related services. This Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy establishes the identity verification and ongoing monitoring controls required to comply with AML/CFT laws and to manage risk on the Website.
Scope and Objectives
This Policy applies to all natural persons who create an account on the Website. Objectives include preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, access by minors, fraud, and other illicit activity, and preserving the integrity and reliability of the platform and its services.
Risk-Based Approach
Rkgg applies a risk-based approach to customer due diligence (CDD). Key risk factors include:
- Geographic risk: country of residence, sanctions status, and exposure to high‑risk jurisdictions;
- Customer risk: potential Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions exposure, and unusual activity;
- Transaction risk: size, velocity, and asset mix of deposits and withdrawals.
Onboarding and Identity Verification
Standard Verification is triggered when cumulative platform transactions reach or exceed USD 1,000 (or EUR 1,000). The Platform will request documentation to establish identity and ownership of funds, including:
- Copy or photo of a government-issued identification document (passport or national ID) that clearly shows the name and date of birth;
- Photo of the payment instrument to be used, or used, for deposits; the cardholder name must match the account holder; CVV and full card numbers may be redacted, but the cardholder name must be legible;
- Photograph of the user holding the required documents (selfie with ID) to verify liveness and identity;
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other document accepted under applicable law) if required by risk assessment;
- Additional data as required by local law, which may include a document confirming source of funds or, in certain cases, a video call with Support to verify identity.
Additional Verification for PEPs and High‑Risk Jurisdictions
Where a user is a Politically Exposed Person or originates from a high‑risk jurisdiction, Rkgg conducts Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). The process may require the user to provide:
- Full legal name, date of birth, country of citizenship, and permanent address;
- Government-issued identification and corroborating information;
- Source of funds and source of wealth documentation;
- Approval by senior management prior to permitting further activity, and potential withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Ongoing Monitoring and Transaction Monitoring
Rkgg conducts ongoing monitoring to identify suspicious activity and to verify continued compliance. Monitoring includes:
- Flagging unusual patterns such as rapid changes in payment methods, multiple devices or wallets, or inconsistent geolocation;
- Automated and manual review of deposits and withdrawals for sanction or prohibited‑jurisdiction indicators;
- Screening of blockchain transactions and wallet addresses against sanctions databases; high‑risk addresses may be blocked or accounts suspended for investigation;
- Withdrawal threshold rules: accounts reaching defined thresholds may be suspended pending additional due diligence;
- Ban evasion detection to identify attempts to operate multiple accounts or to bypass platform controls;
- Time zone and device checks to detect location masking; vendor and compliance tooling reviews to enhance controls.
Sanctions, Prohibited Jurisdictions and Geolocation
Rkgg applies IP‑address based geo‑blocking to restrict onboarding and activity from jurisdictions that are prohibited or sanctioned. Wallet screening is performed prior to funding and on an ongoing basis to identify sanctioned entities or individuals. If a user is located or transacts from a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction, engagement with the Platform may be restricted or blocked.
Record-Keeping and Data Privacy
All verification documents, data, and transaction information collected under this Policy are stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and the Platform’s Privacy Policy. Data is retained for the period required by law and contractual obligations, with appropriate security measures and access controls.
Roles and Governance
Rkgg designates a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) responsible for AML/KYC policy oversight, ongoing program development, and regulatory reporting. The CCO has independent authority to enforce the policy and may coordinate with regulatory authorities as required by law.
Training and Awareness
Rkgg provides continuous AML/KYC training to staff, covering verification procedures, red flags, escalation pathways, and incident reporting.
Policy Amendments
This Policy may be amended at any time by Rkgg. Material changes will be communicated to users by email; continued use of the Website after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Reporting and Cooperation
Rkgg will report any identified sanctions breaches or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law and will cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement inquiries, subject to data protection and legal obligations.
