Betting Rules

Scope and Eligibility

This Betting Rules document governs all interactive sports betting products and services offered to registered Customers by Rkgg. It forms part of the Operator’s general terms and conditions. The English language version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy. Customers must comply with applicable law, including age restrictions and residence requirements where online gambling is permitted. A Customer must be over 18 years of age or the legal gambling age under the applicable jurisdiction and must reside in a country where access to online gambling is authorized.

General Betting Rules

All Betting Information supplied by Rkgg is provided in good faith. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such information and may amend apparent errors. The Company retains the final decision on all matters related to markets, settlements and the interpretation of these Rules. If an event begins before the scheduled start time, bets placed before the start are valid only for non live markets; live betting is subject to separate live rules. In the case of any inconsistency between English and non English event names, the English version shall prevail. Customers are responsible for monitoring match status before and during wagering. Data delays or inaccuracies do not create liability for the Customer. The Company may amend these Rules at any time, with immediate binding effect upon publication on the platform.

Bet Acceptance and Live Betting

Bets are accepted when recorded by Rkgg’s systems. Where a timed Acceptance feature is offered, bets will be governed by the countdown determined by the Company. If a bet is accepted after the relevant event has started, the bet may be void unless the bet falls within a Live betting service. In the event of a dispute regarding the time of bet placement, the time recorded on the operator’s servers governs settlement.

Abandonment, Postponement and Start Times

If an event fails to start or finish on its scheduled date, all bets are void, except for markets that have already been unconditionally determined. If an event starts on schedule but is subsequently abandoned or not completed within the defined window, only bets on markets that are unconditionally determined shall stand. The Company may void bets on markets not yet determined. Bets are void if the event is not completed within the prescribed timeframe or if an official result is declared that conflicts with the Market rules. The Company’s decision on settlement is final.

Change of Venue and Event Details

In the event of a change of venue or a home team versus away team designation error, all bets on the affected match will be void unless otherwise stated in specific event rules. For non team events, venue changes after a market has opened may leave bets valid unless stated otherwise. If the opponent is changed from the advertised one, all bets on the match shall be void.

Periods of Time and Scoring

Timekeeping follows the official duration of the event. Injury time or stoppages are regarded as part of the final regulation time for settlement purposes unless stated otherwise within the specific sport rules. Where period lengths or formats are inconsistent with implied information, the Company reserves the right to void the affected market.

Results and Settlement

Official results determine settlement where available. Podium positions count as final results where applicable. If no official result is available, settlement relies on the best available evidence at the time of settlement. When conflicts arise between official results and results posted on the platform, the Company may rely on its video records or governing body declarations to determine the correct result. The Company may suspend settlement while a result is in question and may reverse settlements made in error. No amendments to results will be recognized after the applicable post event window. Obvious price or display errors may render bets void. Bets placed after an event has finished are void unless expressly covered by live betting rules.

Markets and Bet Types

Rkgg offers a range of market types, each with specific settlement rules. General provisions apply to all markets unless a market-specific rule states otherwise.

• Outright Bets: wagers on the eventual winner of an event, tournament or competition. If a competitor does not start, such bets are void. If there are multiple winners or a dead heat, stake is divided among winners and settled at the quoted odds less the stake.
• Moneyline: bets on a specific competitor or team to win or to score higher; a market refers to the field as applicable. The field may be treated as a separate outcome for settlement purposes.
• Handicap and Asian Handicap: a virtual head start is applied; settlement is based on the adjusted final score. In play versions are settled with reference to the score at the relevant time excluding pre placement goals unless stated otherwise.
• Over/Under and Odd/Even: bets on the total or parity of points/goals in a defined match or series, settled against the specified target or total.
• Correct Score and Half Time / Full Time: bets on final or partial results as offered; extra time and penalties are typically excluded unless stated.
• First Goal / Last Goal and Kick Off: bets on the timing of goals or kick-off events; abandonment or discontinuation affects rule applicability as described in market terms.
• Corners and Other Market Variants: bets on designated match statistics such as corners; all qualifying actions in the counting period are taken into account unless stated otherwise.

Live Betting and In-Running Rules

Live betting is inherently dynamic. Rkgg may adjust, suspend or withdraw odds and markets at any time and may refuse or void bets where prices are unrepresentative of the industry-wide price or outside reasonable ranges. Live bets are subject to delays in data feeds; bets placed on live data rely on the real time data supplied and are accepted at the customer risk. Live Settlement will follow the same principles as non live markets, subject to the live market rules.

Systemic and Multi Bets

Multi bets combine two or more selections; all selections must win or the bet loses. If one or more selections are unsettled, odds for unsettled selections may be adjusted to 1.00. System bets operate similarly but allow for partial success where some selections lose and others win, according to the system configuration. Customers should refer to the betting glossary for definitions of terms used in these market types.

Errors, Voids and Price Discrepancies

If there is an obvious error in price, market status or results, the Company may void the affected bets or correct the settlement. A price deviation exceeding a defined threshold may trigger voiding of the market or bet. Bets accepted after an event has concluded will be void unless the bet is explicitly covered by live betting provisions.

Disputes and Resolution

Customers should raise disputes with Customer Services. The Trading team will review and respond. If unresolved, the Head of Sportsbook will issue a final decision and inform the Customer by email. Claims must be raised within the timeframe set out in the platform policies, and in any event no claims shall be considered beyond the stated deadlines after settlement or after the event concludes, as applicable.

Maximum Winnings and Stake Levels

Maximum and minimum stake limits vary by sport and market. The Company may alter limits at any time. A bet placed in breach of these limits may be void or adjusted. If a bet is accepted after a market has started, it may be void or considered under live betting provisions unless explicitly allowed.

Responsible Gaming and Eligibility

Customers must comply with applicable laws and be of legal gambling age for their jurisdiction. Rkgg promotes responsible gaming; customers should set limits and seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

Rule Changes

Rkgg reserves the right to amend these Betting Rules at any time. Changes take effect immediately on posting and apply to all pending and future bets unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
