Bonus Policy Overview

This Bonus Policy governs all promotional offers issued by Rkgg. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to every player who accepts, claims, or uses a bonus or free spin, chip, or coupon. The policy sets out eligibility, activation, wagering requirements, game contributions, withdrawal limitations, time limits, and enforcement rights. Where a promotion states a specific term, that term will prevail over the general terms.

Eligibility and Activation

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to gamble in your jurisdiction. Rkgg reserves the right to perform identity, age, and location verification and may suspend or restrict accounts that fail verification or that are suspected of inappropriate activity.
  • To claim a deposit-based bonus, you must execute a real-money deposit. No-deposit bonuses, free spins, and free chips may be offered at the sole discretion of Rkgg and shall be subject to the terms published with the offer.
  • Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction, and Rkgg reserves the right to deny participation to players in any jurisdiction where promotional offers are prohibited.
  • Bonuses are awarded to your Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are satisfied, unless the offer expressly states a withdrawal-cap or cash-out provision.

Bonus Types

  • A match of your deposited amount up to a stated cap. The bonus is credited to your Bonus Balance and subject to wagering requirements.
  • Promotional credits granted without a deposit (subject to availability). Wagering requirements apply, and winnings from these offers are limited by the applicable cap and terms.
  • Spin credits or Free Spins granted for particular games or promotions. Winnings from Free Spins may be subject to wagering conditions and caps.
  • Time-limited offers issued as coupons; terms are published with each coupon and may include wagering, game-type, or redemption restrictions.

Claiming and Using Bonuses

Bonuses must be claimed and activated in accordance with the promotion’s terms. When a bonus is active, you may still play with real funds; however, winnings associated with the bonus may be credited to your Bonus Balance until wagering is completed. If a bet uses both real and bonus funds and results in a win, the winnings are allocated to the Bonus Balance and will become withdrawable only after compliance with the wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirements and Game Weights

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and winnings derived from such funds. The general framework is as follows, with game-specific contributions as described below:

  • The total amount wagered must equal 30 times the combined deposit amount plus the bonus. Example: deposit $50 and receive a $50 bonus; total $100 must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal, i.e., $3,000 in eligible wagers.
  • If the bonus amount exceeds the deposited amount, the portion representing the bonus may carry a higher wagering requirement (e.g., 60 times the bonus amount) prior to cashout. The deposit portion may contribute differently depending on the offer.
  • Wagering requirements may be 60 times the bonus value for Slots and Keno; or 80 times for other permitted games. Some games may be excluded from wagering or contribute differently to the wagering requirements as published with the offer. Maximum cashout from these promotions may be capped (commonly at USD 100).
  • Wagering on Free Spin winnings is governed by the same overall wagering framework and may be subject to per-offer caps.

Game Contributions to Wagering

Rkgg applies three general wagering groups unless stated otherwise in the offer:

  • Bets in most games contribute fully toward wagering requirements, with exceptions noted for specified games.
  • Bets in non-Slot and non-Scratch games contribute at 10% toward wagering requirements.
  • Bets in non-Slot and Scratch games contribute at 50% toward wagering requirements; available only under certain promotions and statuses.
  • Bets on crash-like or similar games contribute at 20% toward wagering requirements.

During wagering, bets are capped to protect the integrity of the bonus: the maximum wager per spin or per bet is the lesser of 10% of the bonus amount or a fixed currency amount (e.g., 5 in the applicable currency). This cap applies until wagering requirements are satisfied or the bonus is consumed.

Cancellation, Expiration, and Forfeiture

Bonuses are subject to expiration if wagering requirements are not completed within the period stated in the offer, or if the account balance has not been active within the promotional window. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. No wagering will be credited toward other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Withdrawals and Cashouts

Withdrawals are governed by the following principles:

  • No-deposit bonuses and winnings derived therefrom are generally subject to a cap (commonly USD 100) and must satisfy wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Deposit-based bonuses convert to withdrawable funds only after the wagering requirements are met and the bonus balance is exhausted.
  • Modified or canceled promotions may void winnings, and the casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or confiscate winnings in cases of irregular play or promotional abuse.

Irregular Play and Compliance

Rkgg reserves the right to review play patterns for irregular or abusive activity. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, attempt to exploit bonuses, consistent hedging strategies to complete wagering, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the promotional system. If irregular play is detected, Rkgg may void the bonus, remove winnings, or suspend or close the account.

KYC, Verification, and Responsible Gaming

For promotions that lead to withdrawals, players must complete identity and age verification, and provide requested documentation (e.g., government IDs, proof of address) before processing withdrawals. Rkgg supports responsible gaming practices and may impose limits or temporary holds consistent with applicable law and policy.

Modification and Rights Reserve

Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a withdrawal request being canceled or reversed, the bonus eligibility and winnings may be adjusted in accordance with this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Bonus Policy is governed by applicable law and, to the extent permitted, by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rkgg operates. Disputes related to bonuses shall be resolved in the appropriate competent courts under that law.
